Daniel is a solicitor of England and Wales in 2012 and joined our firm of as an Immigration and Family Law solicitor in the same year. Notably, since 2019, Daniel has been providing advisory services to the Royal Court of Justice as an Honorary Legal Adviser, specifically in Family Law matters.

With over a decade of experience, Daniel advises on a wide range of personal immigration matters, including applications based on compassionate circumstances, leave to remain (settlement), entry clearance and Judicial Review challenges for both in-country and out-of-country refusals.
