Livia is a highly accomplished solicitor of England and Wales specialising in Immigration law. She brings over 15 years of experience and has advised more than 1,000 clients across a wide range of immigration cases.
Fluent in English and Portuguese, Livia obtained her Law degree in Brazil in 2005 before enhancing her legal education in the UK with a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University Law School. She completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) while training at a prominent UK law firm with over 5,000 employees, gaining valuable experience in matters involving human trafficking, domestic violence and immigration detention.
Livia began her immigration law career in 2008 as an OISC Level 2 adviser, founding and managing her own regulated immigration practice before later qualifying as a solicitor.
Since the beginning of her journey in 2008, Livia has made a mission to herself to help people through their stages of adaptation to their lives in immigrations.
Livia’s interpersonal skills, reach personality and multi-cultural background enabled her to gain a strong understanding and insight into the deepest needs of the diverse community of the immigrants in the UK and amongst those wishing to relocate to the UK for work or personal reasons. This commitment and unwavering dedication led to Livia’s recognition in the Best of Brazil Awards, where she was honoured as the best Brazilian solicitor in the UK. Furthermore, in 2021, she achieved the prestigious 2021 London Guide Award in the ‘Best Lawyer’ category.
