Creative Worker Visa

The Creative Worker Visa allows talented overseas artists, entertainers, and musicians to come to the UK to work for a limited period under the Temporary Worker framework.

This route is available to a wide range of creative professionals, including actors, dancers, musicians, singers, film crew, and those working in fashion or advertising. The role must be in a genuine creative or entertainment capacity.

You must be sponsored by a UK organisation holding a valid Creative Worker sponsor licence. Your sponsor will issue a Certificate of Sponsorship, and your application must specify the exact nature of the work, the employer, and the dates of your engagement.

A Creative Worker Visa can be granted for up to two years, or for the duration of the work plus one month, whichever is shorter. Short-term engagements of up to three months may also be possible under the visitor route in some circumstances.
