Where stated, our fees are offered on a fixed fee basis and will remain unchanged unless your case involves unforeseen complexity requiring substantial additional work. In such circumstances, we will inform you before any further costs are incurred, explain the reason for any change and proceed only with your formal consent.
In all other matters, we operate on an hourly rate basis, ranging from £250 to £450 plus VAT, depending on the experience and qualifications of the solicitor handling your case.

Where we pay these costs for you, the exact amount will be added to your invoice at cost, with no additional charges. We will always obtain your prior approval before incurring any disbursements.
